Amagansett Food Institute in Southampton, NY is seeking a Production Cook for shifts Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm. Hours may be flexible dependent upon applicant’s schedule.
Requirements for the position:
- Ability to cleanly and safely manage the production of food
- Willingness to share in sanitation duties with other team members
- Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs in order to receive deliveries and store ingredients
- Ability to read instructions in English and adhere to recipes
- Must maintain quality standards set by supervisor
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to be punctual and reliable
- Ability to work as part of a team
