Production Cook

Amagansett Food Institute in Southampton, NY is seeking a Production Cook for shifts Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 3:30pm. Hours may be flexible dependent upon applicant’s schedule.

Requirements for the position:

  • Ability to cleanly and safely manage the production of food
  • Willingness to share in sanitation duties with other team members
  • Ability to lift packages up to 30 lbs in order to receive deliveries and store ingredients
  • Ability to read instructions in English and adhere to recipes
  • Must maintain quality standards set by supervisor
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ability to be punctual and reliable
  • Ability to work as part of a team
